I was lucky enough to play Men's A & Major Division Fastpitch Softball for 16 seasons,and I'm equally as lucky now to coach and share this information with those that are interested.

Since coming back to coaching I've been bleesed to be on a coaching staff that has won High School Championships as well as with summer teams that have won National Titles.

The softball information that I post here is tested, if you follow it and put these steps in action you can expect to see positive results. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy providing it.
